He joined Vantis when it took over Numerica, his former employer, in 2005.The group’s previous head of tax, Andrew Hubbard, has been appointed as chairman of the tax team with specific responsibility for tax policy and technical standards.RBS InsuranceThe insurer has appointed John Reizenstein as finance director.Reizenstein was formerly at Co-operative Financial Services, where he has been a managing director in the corporate and markets team since 2008.
